Bernard Meninsky 1891-1950, was a British painter, draughtsman and teacher. He painted figures, landscapes in oil and watercolour, he attended the Royal College of Art and the Academie Julian in Paris. He taught at the Westminster School of Art, he was a much respected artist who mixed with the great painters of the time.
